I like that I can reserve a parking spot in advance, with the option to pay in advance, at time of exit, or with my earned points. I also appreciate being picked up at my car (most of the time) and dropped off directly at my car.

Bus is easy to spot. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Parking is easy inside the lot and then bus picks you up rather quickly.

I like that the shuttle comes right to my car for pickup and drop off. The drivers have been always been very helpful, assisting with getting my luggage on and off. In addition, the drivers I have experienced are polite and professional. This means I can sit back and relax before and after my journey!
