The convenience. I prepay, scan the QR code when I arrive and do the same to leave.
They provide emergency services to their clients. My Toyota Prius had a dead battery upon my return to the car in October 2025 I needed assistance and I received it promptly. The staff at the gate knew how to open the fob of my car to retrieve the spare key. He also had a power pack to jump my car and within minutes I was on my way

Everything about this experience was so easy! Signing up, paying, instructions, arriving, leaving, the app--everything. Two buses were there when I picked up my luggage. No waiting. The drivers for The Parking Spot were excellent. The one who dropped me back off even asked me to open my hatch, and he put my suitcase in the car. Great service.
