I like the way that they pick you up at your car and get you to the airport in a timely fashion once I got off the plane and returned got back to my car in a very timely fashion thank you keep up the good work

Process for parking and fast pick up from my vehicle. Also short wait at the airport on return. The bus drivers and booth staff are always friendly and helpful.

Plenty of staff on site that are friendly, professional and helpful. Indoor parking garage was very clean and climate controlled.
Shuttle service is fast and also very professional and safe.

The drivers on 10/29 and 11/3 were excellent. They loaded and unloaded our bags. One even put them into our trunk. We always tip generously. We appreciate the kind and helpful attitudes. We drive further to use BWI because of The Parking Spot. Thank you.
