It is convenient to the airport, and the shuttle service is quick.
We always use the Parking Spot when we go out of town. It’s so easy to park and have the driver pick you and your luggage up right at your car. The staff and drivers are always very courteous and friendly. We also love the fact that we are dropped off right behind our car when returning from late night flights and not having to remember where we parked. The driver gives you a card with your parking spot on it when you’re picked up. We’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for a shuttle at the baggage claim. We always do the covered parking too since we travel during all the seasons.

I arrived at 430a your staff was right there the ladies inside were great however your driver Clay was rude. I was traveling with my Boss, and she is a big lady we did not know he was waiting for us outside so when walking out to the bus he told her to hurry up clearly you can see she need ed help. He also drops us downstairs at the AA airlines terminal. He needs a customer service class or not work early hours. My boss still tipped him, but his boss needs to speak to him about his attitude other than that we love your company .
