It's convenient.

So lucky to have chosen The Parking Spot because when my phone fell out of my pocket during the bustle of unloading my family at the terminal a couple weeks ago. A call to the office from my wife's phone had them quickly radio'ing the drivers and locating my phone and it was with the next driver that came through 5 minutes later. So thankful for the entire staff's dedication to resolving my problem so swiftly. And just to be clear this was my problem, but they treated it as if it was their problem and that meant a lot to me. Everyone working so hard to help me is why I will most likely continue to give The Parking Spot my business. Thank you to everyone!

Its really convenient and all the drivers are super helpful.

It's great that they let you know what row they are parking when you pull in so you don't have to drive around wondering where you are going to find a spot. The shuttle is usually right behind me when I park and waits patiently for me to get out of my car, then grabs my bags for me and loads them on the shuttle bus.

I never have to wait long at the airport for the shuttle to pick me up when I get home. On the app I can request the shuttle when I arrive and see where it is in route to me.

Everyone has always been so nice, and I recommend The Parking Spot to everyone I know who is traveling and looking for a good place to park.

Great people . Courteous and respectful. They helped me in a tough situation about my keys . I am still in hopes that someone will mail them my other set knowing that would be the only place they could have gotten mixed in their luggage and thats all on me I guess not looking close enough when boarding the bus to the airport but I made many calls to the Parking Spot and they were always kind and helpful as to helping me get my spare set sent to them from 170 mils away. I would not park anywhere else !!!!!
