It’s easy and reliable. I park and the shuttle picks me up at my car, I get a card with my space # and then we are off to the airport. A lot of the time when I get back the shuttle is waiting right outside for me. I rarely ever have to wait.

There was no waiting on both ends this time. It was a little confusing knowing where to catch the shuttle when we returned to Atlanta. Every time we fly it is in a different location. The signage was not very clear to me (that we had to walk down the big ramp, etc.)
•Convenience. The QR Code to enter was very efficient. So was finding a spot.
•The shuttle driver taking us to the airport went above and beyond helping with our luggage and taking us to our airline.
•Since it was our first time we didn't have a payment method saved, but the check-out process was just as smooth. We went to the cashier and could pay with any card. (No cash)
