Employees were very friendly, patient and professional. The drivers were on time, coming and going. They helped me with my suit cases. A gentleman name Stanley and a young lady name Chevy were great !!. I will use the service again.
Generally reliable and easy to find my car on return. But on my last session on last Tuesday there was no one at the gate to direct me where to park and send the bus. I had to find a spot and then carry my luggage to the gate in search of a bus. I was told it was a shift change. Pretty poor excuse for delaying me and I nearly missed my flight.
I park with you often at BWI and this is the first time this happened. I hope you fix the system
