You had a promotion and I was able to park in the premium area which was let off first and the drivers were professional.
Wider spaces, and those using Premium are returned to your car first before they go to the North parking lot.

The drivers both to and from are super friendly and helpful. There are always spaces to park, and I love the fact that you are less than a mile from the airport.
Great staff. Always there to pick you up when you land.
The entire process is simple. You make your reservation on the app and you receive a QR code that is used when you arrive. Staff tell you where to park and the shuttle picks you up and transports you to the airport. Upon return, the shuttle picks you up and takes you directly to your vehicle. The staff are friendly and they always have bottles of water for you when checking out.
