I did not have to wait for a shuttle at departure or arrival. I was picked up and dropped off right at my vehicle. The card I was given at departure allowed the driver to go directly to my car. The drivers were both very friendly and professional. Both have warm greetings and grabbed my bags for me. The offsite location was only a short drive away and got me out of the hectic airport traffic when I drove off.

I was upgraded for covered self parking. The driver was professional and kind. He helped many people with the high amounts of luggage. I wish there was a way to tip electronically. Your best drivers do a great job and keep me coming back. The other drivers make me want to go somewhere else.

Quick and efficient service

It was easy and convenient to pull in and just park, no hassle of having to wait. I prepaid for my spot, so when we got there in the early morning, we were able to get in quickly. The shuttle picked us up within minutes and got us to the airport. The driver was super friendly and very helpful with our bags. When we returned from our trip, our flight was delayed by hours, but the shuttle was right outside waiting and brought us back right to our car. There were no additional charges due to the delay which made me very happy. I would definitely recommend the parking spot for anyone traveling. I used to park at the airport, but this is so much more convenient.

Parking spot 3 is an excellent choice when traveling. The process is seamless! You are picked up at your car in minutes, (under 5), dropped off at your airline, picked up right outside of the baggage claim area, and returned to your car. The drivers are always helpful with your baggage and very kind.
