I have been traveling more and I would like to express my gratitude to the folks that work at the Spot. They are very professional and hard working. I had some trouble with the wrong credit card being charged, but the lady on the phone was helpful and got it worked out. Thank you. The shuttle service is quick and easy.
Usually always on time for the bus shuttle ride to and from the airport. The barcode scanner doesn't always work though but as long as you use the same credit card on your account, you don't have to worry about your parking reservation. Overall I'm always happy with the Parking Spot and have used them in Austin, Dallas, and Atlanta.

it works well most of the time, outstanding issue is ticket says to go to one pickup place and the app says go someplace else.
would like to see transfers happen faster, says every 7 minutes, i waited 20 on one trip

the newly painted stalls where we were directed to park the last 2 x using your facility (MCO) seem to be slanted in the opposite direction of traffic flow down the aisle (I think row E) making it difficult to park in the spots without jockying back and forth to get straight in the spot. Though it seems minor, it is quite annoying

Love booking on the app. Very nice people who work in CLT. Always quick to pick me up at my car for the trip to the airport and didn't have to wait long when I got back to be picked up to go to my car. And the water bottles at the exit are such a nice touch!
