Great service

I had two suitcases and a briefcase when I got on the shuttle to my car. I loaded the luggage in my trunk and left the briefcase in the shuttle. About 5 miles away, I realized I'd left the briefcase. I didn't know whether it was left on the shuttle or on the ground where I had parked. I returned to Parking Spot and approached a shuttle driver, asking if I could walk back to where I parked to look for it. He told me that he would take me there to save time. It was not where I had parked, so he radioed the driver of my shuttle, who told him he had put my briefcase in the office. I appreciate people who go out of their way to serve customers. That is rare in today's society.

Shuttle service is the best! The drivers are always "right there" when we park AND when we we are waiting for airport terminal pick up on our return. Drivers are helpful and kind as well as safe drivers. The perks of being a member are good. We use the Parking Spot both at EWR and PHL whenever we travel.

Russel and a couple of other guys at The Spot were very helpful to me when I flew back to Austin last Sun. Sadly I had left something on in the car in my haste to park and go to the airport. And my car (2017 Chevy Traverse) has a battery in the back seat, under carpet and secured with strange screws. I found the car manual, but was too rattled to find information on how to jump the battery. So I called AAA, and a very nice man named James showed me that the battery could be jumped from the front, under the hood. I am turning 79 in Jan., and was so exhausted and dismayed that I had to drive home to New Braunfels in total darkness. I never drive at night. But I made it.

Very good. Parking was easy to access. The drivers super friendly and helpful. Quickly picked us up and got to door. When i arrived back the app let me know where to get return bus. The drivers talked with each other to let me know driver time. Excellent teamwork. Driver nice man from Ethiopia, helped the other passengers to their cars, even got so close to car he put them straight into trunk. Instead of on park.
He looked around for us as we lost the ticket but had it in map. We will use them every time now. Wish the AIRPORT was as efficient.

Love the app and covered spots. When the savings codes work they r great...also. I noticed the shuttle drivers are super helpful and friendly.
