Hello, I switched to the Parking Spot from Wally Park a few years back. I liked the fact that you all have multiple shuttle buses running at all times and the wait times are never long. I would also like to commend one of your drivers out of Atlanta named Robert. Robert was very friendly and engaging with my family and I. Robert even went so far as to physically show us where the exit was to leave the parking lot. I wish all of the drivers were like Robert.

We like everything about your service, except when we have to park in a amount of snow that almost got us stuck. Having to go through the bigger piles behind vehicles is a problem! I like the scan in and out service!😊

Everything the nice staff that transport us back and forth from the lot to the terminal. The buses are always clean.

Fast easy and excellent shuttle service

My favorite thing is being picked up and dropped off right at our vehicle. We also enjoy help with the luggage and usually short waits for a return shuttle.

Seamless process from booking to pick up/drop off. Workers and drivers were all very kind. Jerry G. was very friendly. Spent minimal time waiting for shuttle each way.

The convenience. However the driver that picked us up was by far the worst driver we've ever experienced. He kept gunning the gas to make the shuttle surge and we were slipping and sliding back and forth in our seats. He also held the steering wheel and was constantly maneuvers/turning the steering wheel right and left non stop as well. It was deeply concerning as we were swaying and surging as we drove back to our vehicles.

Quick ban service

I had ice build up on my car and could not get out when I arrived at the lot. I had to get out of my car from the hatch in the back. Upon my visit, I was getting alarms stating my car doors were opened. I called Parking Spot and they went to my car and locked it for me while I was in another state. I thanked them for their help.

I would recommend the people who now run the company.
