The convenience & respectable staff. Before & after dealing with Miami international airport, it was such a pleasure dealing with the staff at parking spot. You are shuttled back & forth to your terminal & the car is ready when you get back. It's reassuring knowing that park of your travel is taken care of. Ease of pickup at parking area and terminal. Both drivers helped immensely loading my suitcase. From my perspective, I felt at ease leaving my vehicle in a covered area not typical for my travel arrangements. I would certainly recommend.

We always come around 6:00-6:30am and the drivers are always so polite. We have never had a problem. The wait for the bus is always quick.
