The driver's are friendly. I am a senior citizen and they always offer to help me with my suitcase (I fly frequently.) I appreciate their thoughtfulness, and I never have to ask them to help me.

I started parking here when it was Colonial, becuase the drivers and staff at another parking location close by were very mean to me. I am grateful that the parking spot staff is just as friendly as the Colonial staff, and I have recommend the parking spot south to others.

Shuttle is much more reliable than all the hotels that advertise free shuttle, but it takes him an hour to show up. You are always just around the corner.

Convienence

I prepay for my parking under cover. The gate attendant welcomes you into the parking area. A temperature controlled bus picks you up and the driver loads your luggage. You are taken to the door for your flight.
When you return a bus is usually waiting. Occasionally you may have to wait 5 min or so for the next one. You are taken to your car and the driver loads your luggage.
Feedback for the app- double check your dates and times. The UI is a bit clunky

Drivers are courteous they help with the bags the Van runs like clockwork

Easy to find and proximity to the airport excellent. Friendly staff and didn’t have to wait to get picked up. Price is great and after using several times I get an email with discounts.
