I rated this experience a 10 because I consistently choose this parking location when flying out of Atlanta due to the reliable, timely service and lack of long waits. My driver to the airport was excellent. However, my return shuttle experience on 1/12 was disappointing. The driver listed as Jasmine did not provide good customer service.

When myself and two other gentlemen arrived, another driver notified us that we would be riding with her. We were unsure who our driver was at first and later realized she was sitting on a bench outside the shuttle. We sat on the bus for about five minutes while she appeared to be arguing on the phone. When she boarded, there was no apology for the delay.

During drop-off, one passenger thanked her and was ignored. I also thanked her and wished her a great day and received no response. This was unexpected based on the consistently positive service I’ve experienced in the past.

It's extremely convenient, and quick. It's near the airport, I never have to wait when arriving at the location to part. This was the first time that I didn't have to wait after landing for the shuttle. Keep it up.

Everything about the experience was easy. We never fly, so I've never used this before. Make reservations online ahead of time, go in and they tell you where to park based on what you paid for. The shuttle picks you up right at your vehicle and hands you a card with your parking space number on it. When you return, hand the driver your card and they will drop you off at your car. Great experience!

Every thing about it was easy. Parking lot felt safe. Well lit. Shuttle driver Randy was right there when we arrived. Nice, polite.

If I had to make one suggestion, it will be for the shuttle bus drivers to announce the parking slots clearly - as sometimes it is difficut to hear them for folks sittin at the rear.
Or display the slot on the bus.

I have used Parking Spot 2 for over a decade and have generally found the service to be excellent and rapid for a reasonable price, even with flights arriving at off hours.
