Easy in and out. Clean secure space. Nice and helpful employees.
Reliable pick up service! Location is very close to the airport. Drivers are very polite and helpful!
The shuttle driver we had late in Monday evening/tuesday morning was extremely polite. Pretty much all your drivers are very well mannered and have pleasant demeanors and that is appreciated.
The remodeled and covered parking is very nice. Still could use shuttles coming more quickly during busy airport times.
the driver was very nice
It works as advertised
The convenience of location, covered parking and transportation to the terminal.
Easy parking and shuttle service
Nice personnel, drivers and facilities makes the Parking Spot the best place to park my car when I am out of town
Convenient, simple, streamlined, seemingly secure. All I could ask for in an airport parking experience. Even though it is all self execution as far as parking and leaving goes. The employees are friendly and willing to assist if you need.
I absolutely love the valet service! Drop off and pick up are so easy and my car is always ready for me when I arrive, which is so appreciated after a long day of travel traveling
The drivers are friendly, the process is simple and straight forward, and there are many shuttles operating.
Easy to make a reservation. Easy entry with the QR code sent to you. Staff friendly and direct you to where to park.
Easy to register, check through gate and convenient airport transportation. Nice discounts make the price very reasonable.
Nice drivers and pretty efficient service.
Reasonable rate. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Everything runs so smoothly. Pick up and check out was effortless.
Fast pickup & covered parking
I like the convenience of not having to park or drive into the airport, and I feel that the gated parking is more secure than the airport parking.
Promptness of driver. No wsiying. Essy parking
Great drivers, easy transportation and wonderful over all experience.
It’s easy to use and convenient. I wish the prices were lower, but still nice people you meet

Fast pickup and dropoff. Covered parking. Easy to make reservations
Quick shuttle pickups!
It's so easy and I wish there was a Parking Spot near the Tampa airport as well. I have used the Parking Spot a few times and it really never has been that awfully expensive for the few days that I'm away.
