Fast and friendly service.
The simplicity of using Park N Fly in Minneapolis for both terminals. LOVED that you gave me an upgrade to coverered parking. It was such a nice surprise.
Knowing I have access to an easy, consistent reliable, clean experience online, at the parking lot, and getting to and from the airport 24/7 for a reasonable price
We liked the shuttle service to and from the airport.
I had reservations for 8 days and had to catch an earlier flight so I had to add 2 more days. I don’t know how to do that so I ended up cancelling my first reservation to add the extra 2 days and it cost me over $100 more. How can I add days to an existing reservation without having to pay so much more?
The pricing is much better than the other 3 and the covered parking is a garage not a carport.
Price is good. Available parking spot. Feel safe.
Easy to make a reservation on line and quick transportation to and from the airport.
Personnel are helpful and friendly. Shuttle drivers are courteous and help with loading and unloading my luggage.

Friendly drivers
Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Quick pick up at airport
Courteous and helpful drivers
Drivers are very helpful and friendly. Getting into and out of the garage is easy; however, it was very difficult to find the email for the exit gate since the name of the business has changed (was once called Hero Parking, couldn't find it under 'the parking spot').
Convenient and reasonable.
One comment: a number of customers were waiting for a pickup at the same time. A bus filled up and we didn’t know if another was coming or if that driver was coming back. We waited another 15 minutes which really wasn’t a problem. My point is, better communication was needed so we weren’t left wondering.
Thank you.
