My car was kept in a safe space while I was traveling. My pick-up/drop-off at the airport was smooth. Both drivers were friendly and efficient.

Bus transportation has improved greatly. Appreciate the option for covered parking. Lady at checkout was super helpful and quickly educated us on aspects of the Parking Spot app that we were unaware of. We appreciate this very much!

For me, the most important part is getting picked up from my car/truck and dropped back at my car/truck at an affordable rate before and after my adventure (whether personal or business). Your service is unmatched in my area. I will definitely continue using the Parking Spot going forward. Your employees (all of them) seem to be a little frustrated with dealing with customers in general and I really don't blame them as I would probably be the same. Not sure why this is happening and I will not mention names, but you know who you are. Good job with getting me where I need to be ON TIME and those involved were handsomely rewarded. Please continue doing what you do. I had to copy and paste in a different browser because the first on didn't work for me.
