Everything! except lot 3 - we will never park there or use that lot. They were rude, non responsive and we waited at the airport for nearly 45 minutes. (at least we only went there once. by accident)

The staff is helpful and friendly! I like being picked up by my car and delivered back to it on my return home. The price is very reasonable.
I love that the drivers help with your luggage. You are picked up from your vehicle and dropped off at your vehicle. The other lots that I have used make you walk to a bus stop and it is hard to locate your vehicle when you return. Those drivers also don't help with luggage. All those things make The Parking Spot my choice at BWI.
