Parking at the airport proved to be definitely preferred over relying on an Uber. This was the first time in many years I've parked at the Parking Spot and found it to be a little bit difficult to maneuver online to make my reservation but managed anyway. Staff was very friendly and pleasant at the location. The property was so huge and much much larger than I recalled. It was a little bit difficult to find the correct location to park in at first and a little bit difficult to find the correct exit. But I managed and will probably not have those issues the next time. I like that it's easy to see the location of the property on John F. Kennedy boulevard as well as the shuttles at the airport because they're yellow with large black spots!

The entire team is professional, busses come frequently when returning to my car and they always help me getting my luggage on and off the shuttle bus.

Excellent service and provided a water at the window. Maybe because we couldn’t self check out and we had to wait. She was very apologetic for the wait and it was only 5 minutes.
