The friendly, helpful staff!!! Whoever picked us up on Wed. night (actually, it was Thurs--very early in the morning) (July 16/17 maybe about 2am) Those two men were the nicest guys I have met in a long time!! The girl at the gate--so very friendly too--giving us each a bottle of water!! flying can be dehydrating! Whenever someone asks us if we need a ride to or from the airport, we always tell them "We have The Parking Spot reserved. "

DFW does need better signage for the arrival pickup area but once i pulled up the app it had a very functional map that helped a lot.
