How polite and professional the staff is. I have a handicap son and they pick us up and drop us off at the airport. I also like how quickly they pick you up and drop you off.
We like the covered parking. We also like that the shuttle picks you up at your car and delivers you back at your car.
I like how prompt the shuttles were both at drop off and pick-up. When reserving ahead, having the code on my phone was so easy to show at the machines when entering and leaving. The best part were the drivers! We were traveling with children and they were so helpful!

Easy parking, but did not know how to exit. Went to one kiosk but it wouldn't open. Tried a second before I could exit. The first also said "exit" but would not let me out.
