Easy and convenient
Location, promptness of transportation, driver courtesy.
Personnel who transport you to/from the airport are very helpful and kind.
All employees encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver on our return from the airport was also very nice and loaded our suitcases in the back of our vehicle when we exited the shuttle bus.

This was a wonderful experience. I was anxious about leaving my car. However, everyone was extremely nice, unloaded and loaded every bag, and took care of everything. Having traveled to NYC, where everyone is extremely rude, coming back to such great hospitality was a welcome sight. Make sure you tip your driver. They deserve it!

When I got picked up by Francisco, he was really nice and we talked sports. I felt bad bc I didnt have cash for a tip. It was a non issue for him, but if someone can get him 10 bucks or let me know how I can, he deserves it.
