I thought the QR code worked very well for checking in and out of the lot. I was promptly picked at my vehicle by the shuttle. Upon return the airport after my trip there was already a shuttle waiting to return me to the parking lot. I had zero issues with the entire process and will definitely use it again as well as recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks for a great first time experience.

Easy process to reserve a parking spot and checkout process with barcode. Also the bus drivers are very nice, helpful and friendly.

Felt very secure with the parking location. Entry/Exit process was not complicated with the android app. Using the app to summon the shuttle was great. The shuttle was very nice, as was the driver...and the travel time between parking and the terminal was good. Will definitely park here again when flying out of MCO.

You guys drop you off at the passengers car. The problem I had was scanning to get out.

As a female I was fortunate that I had riders with me otherwise getting out my car was a safety concern.
