very easy to use, reasonable rates
I like not having to deal with all the traffic inside the airport. Your Drivers manage to stay on top of all the changes due to the construction.
Convenient, easy to park.
Very easy to use!
Covered parking is the best feature, especially Phoenix in the summertime. Price is reasonable, check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. The best way to get to and from the airport.
Easy in and out. Quick pick up and drop off
efficient from pickup to drop off
Easy in, easy out. No complaints.
Conveniently located to my residence. Provides shuttle to airport at Charlotte.
convenient for me to use. Also like the new vehicle!
easy in and out. Membership is great value add. Negative though, the parking garage construction is ridiculously long to complete. Do not understand the issue why a project takes a year to complete. Limited rooftop spots available.
Your convenient pickup and ride to and from the Midway in the new clean vans
Easy to use and free days
I like having my car in a covered location and like the pickup and delivery to and from my vehicle - especially at late hours!
Our pickup from the airport was very efficient. We appreciated it.
Easy drop off. Fast shuttles. My car is waiting when I return. No hassle parking which makes all my travel so much less stressful.
Friendly, professional and have never had any issues or concerns. Thank you for being there whenever needed.
It was great!
Friendly staff, convenient locations, safe and courteous drivers.
The parking spot has come a long way from a couple of years ago as far as customer service the last two times I've been there I've been treated very well and the service has been in a+
Very easy to park and the shuttle is quick to pick up and take to the airport.
Returning to my car is always easy when returning.
Every Employee that I have encountered has been extremely helpful. Previously, I always parked in the parking garages for convenience and only within the last six months have changed to The Parking Spot 2 for cost savings. Come to find out, it's just as easy, and many times even faster than walking to your car in the garage. So... faster AND less expensive. Thank you!
Very simple to use the Parking Spot
The driver that picked me up on Tuesday evening was wonderful. Courteous, polite and helpful in the extreme.
The staff is always very friendly and does a great job at getting folks quickly from the parking lot to the airport and back.
