First time using; had problems in that my driver window would not return up. Upon return, saw that the folks tried to get up and indeed was with 2" of being completely closed. Left some valuables accidently and nothing was disturbed.

Have is one thing I would like to see fixed.
The large sign on the Parking Spot location 1 does not have a number 1 on it.
The Parking Spot 2 has a large red number 2 on the sigh over the entry area.
It would be a good idea to add a red number 1 to the sign at the number 1 location.
This would be very helpful for people who are first time users of your service.

All sign shops can make a large single stick on plastic number 1 that could be applied to your
existing sign.

Pick up/drop off directly from your vehicle is really nice, especially in cold weather.

The drivers are very helpful and considerate. On my last trip, I realized my glasses were not in my bag when I got on the bus. We were still in the parking lot, so I asked the driver if he would go back by my vehicle so I could get my glasses. He said that would be no problem. Thankfully, I found my glasses laying on the pavement by the car door. I really did appreciate the driver driving back to my vehicle. It would have been tough without my glasses.

I like the efficiency of being picked up shortly after parking, the driver handling my luggage for me, and the quick trip to the airport. Upon my return, the process was equally as efficient. The driver’s were super courteous.

Very convenient to the airport. I do wish Parking Spot 3 came more often. Seems like Parking Spot 1 & 2 are always waiting for customers but Spot 3 we always Have to wait much longer.

We had parked in general parking since 2005. About three or four trips ago we started parking in your lot. Outstanding option. Easy access in and out. Nice to have covered parking in the winter and the summer for when we return from our trips. Drivers are helpful and friendly. We had lost our ticket to find our car and the driver made us feel like almost everyone does. :). We found it easily. Good value for the service compared to the general airport parking and little service in comparison. We are hooked on The Spot!

Service was very good. Except the directions to West parking are very confusing. Website directions takes you to the Shuttle entrance and main entrance is on the other side for which you have to drive a lot on ten freeway to turn around and find a small hidden entry to the parking lot. I had to drive twice to reach to the entry point. Very frustrating
