Carl picked us up at 230 am right after we parked. Was extremely kind and helpful with bags and conservation regarding bag check.
Carl just so happened to be the driver back. We had an enormous snowstorm while we were gone. He not only was there waiting after we landed he also used a snow brush to clean some of the snow off our truck. I would most definitely recommend the parking spot for service, value and price.

The Parking Spot is so convenient and I can’t say enough nice things about your drivers. Recently, I returned home very late in the evening from a trip to find my car covered in snow and ice. I was the last one to be dropped off and your driver (I wish I could remember his name) insisted on helping me clean off the car. He made sure I was safe before he left. While your drivers are always helpful with my bags, this gentleman went above and beyond. I’ve been telling everyone how impressed I am with the Columbus Parking Spot.

The last two times I have parked at The Parking Spot my boyfriend has had his own car and he was flying from DIA with me. I was the only one parking at the Parking Spot. I asked the guy at the front if I could park as close got the entrance as possible since I had a ride with my guy to DIA and I was not going to take the Parking Spot shuttle. Both times the answer has been yes and I appreciate that.

Convenience of the shuttle. The driver who picked me up at the airport on Tuesday evening helped me to clean off my car. This help was invaluable!

Quick and easy

The car was safe, the lot is plowed when it snows and the shuttles run frequently. During my last trip I arrived at 3:30am and was promptly picked up and returned ~12:30am and was promptly picked up a second time. Very reliable staff and services.

Your prompt service, updates, your app with up to date info, alerts and simple scan and go. Shuttle service is good too.

I had a small issue though. While going out from the parking lot, I got the prompt that I had parked in covered parking instead of uncovered for which the discount was given and now the discoun won't applicable. After talking to service person there, the issue got resolved but this was not expected.

Absolutely will use this for parking while I travel. Really reasonable rates. Drop off at the airport door. Loved not having to unload or load luggage into the shuttle. When I returned walked out to the shuttle and went to my car and again luggage loaded for me. The staff from shuttle to gate were so helpful and kind.

Different lots have different prices which helps in planning our travel. Like your app; I could figure out what to do.
