It is so easy to make a reservation and park at the Parking Spot. Easy in and out and drivers are always so helpful and cordial.
Convenient app. Friendly, english-speaking staff. Water at exit. Entering and exiting with reservation QR code has always been quick and without fuss. One requested improvement is to repaint the spot numbers where they have worn off which creates confusion/delays while boarding the bus and returning to vehicle.

The parking spot was very well organized .

close to airport and nice people
It was easy to scan in and there was an attendant there to tell me where to park. A shuttle was there wait for us to board. On the way back, we waited in a long line, around 20 minutes. It took 3 shuttles to get to us. I guess 30 minutes total to get to our car, not too bad.

Timely and efficient. Drivers so far have been polite and courteous. Vehicles are clean.
Easy freeway access. Covered and uncovered parking. Drop off and pickup is very quick. Five minutes to and from airport. I highly recommend.

Extremely convenient
Pro: covered parking, shuttles usually run frequently, great professional drivers
Con: we flew in Sunday 12/14 at 6:30 pm and waited at Door 8 as instructed by the printed card, in 10 degree weather.
2 full shuttles passed by ( they had picked up at Door 7).
The driver was kind enough to tell us to wait at Door 7 for the next shuttle.
At peak times you need another shuttle.
And please be clear as to which door we should wait!
