Easy, convenient and the drivers are friendly.
Everything! We can straight out of the airport and got on the bus. Both of our drivers were amazing- on our return trip he offered us water when we got in the bus and loaded our bags in our car when we got out. I’ll never use anyone else!
I like the convenience of the location and the convenience of the services. The pick up and drop off at your car is a great perk. I also feel like my car is secure on the lot.
Great shuttle service with no waiting. Secure parking spot with easy access. Made our trip so easy! Will always use this location!
Everything
The driver’s are ALWAYS there and they are like family to me! I am a F/A and I adore ALL of them!
Shuttle picks us up at our car and helps us unload. Gets us to MDW immediately. We’ve never had to wait on your shuttle service.
They knew from the app that we were ready to be picked up and a bus was on the way
Great service, convenient, no stress
Door to door service to and from the airport. Staff treated us like royalty and the process to book our reservation, check in and check out could have not been simpler.

Efficient, effortless, quick and easy pickup and delivery.
We love the convenience of having a van pick us up within minutes.
You’re very reliable! They have lots of vans or shuttles for pick up. very efficient and friendly.
Always quick to airport
Easy.
Convenience of the shuttle taking you directly to your car.
Your rates are good, service is great and its easy
Once again, the exit terminal created nothing but problems for the car in front and me upon trying to leave. It didn't recognize my QR code on my phone or my account to automatically check my out. I had to get assistance from a wonderful shuttle driver. If this continues, I may be joining my colleagues at the airport terminal short term parking. The Parking Spot does everything exceptional for me (self parker) except trying to leave. The next time this happens, it will likely be my last as I'm usually exhausted from a combination of work and travel stress.
My first experience with The Parking Spot was seamless! I was promptly picked up at my car after parking and shuttled to my terminal. I was grateful to see the shuttle waiting for me after my late night flight. I was whisked back to my car in no time, everything intact, just as I left it. I have already recommended The Parking Spot to friends and family. I will be utilizing your services from now on!
Easy to reserve a spot and prepay for parking. Attentive people at the gate and also among the drivers.
