Great location, easy website, always a guide to get you to where you are supposed to park. And, when we returned after 20+ hours on flights late at night, we needed help with the exit process, and there was a human there to assist!
Easy to use
The experience is excellent. Check in with QR code. Spots are always available. Shuttle's are adequately frequent on both sides and exit is smooth and quick. Ice cold water bottle waiting for me after a long flight is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. Please don't change that. The fact that you're right next to In n Out is nice too just in case I'm starving getting off the plane I can grab a burger. :-)
