Wonderful bus drivers who are very helpful. I’m a single woman and having been delivered to my car very very late one night, even though there were other people on the bus, the bus driver waited until I was in the car and the car had started before he drove on. Now that is awesome. I regret that I did not have his name.

It's fast and easy to make a reservation online. I like getting points that get me free days of parking. The people at the valet pick-up, reservation desk, and drivers are very fast, friendly, and professional. The shuttles are plentiful and I never have to wait to get on one to go to the terminal. Pick-up when I get back is fast. I always get help with loading and unloading my luggage onto the shuttle. The location is convenient to the airport. What's not to love about The Parking Spot?!

I have known about The Parking Spot for a long while, as I have seen their shuttles picking up guests at the Philadelphia airport many times. I have tried other parking services, but this time tried The Parking Spot and I am glad that I did! The price was reasonable - I had a 12 day stay. I purchased the spot online and received a QR code to use to enter the facility. Once I parked I was immediately picked up by the driver (unfortunately I do not remember his name). He helped us with our luggage and gave me a card with the location of our car to show when we returned. The driver drove us to the airport and we arrived safely. For our return, my flight was delayed, so I had to extend the reservation, which was easily done through the app. When we arrived at the airport got our bags , and headed to the curb, we were lucky enough to have a shuttle stop directly in front of us to pick up other guests. So, there was absolutely no waiting! The return driver took us right to our car thanks to the card that was provided us when we parked. Overall, I would rate them 10 stars and I wondered why I had not used The Parking Spot in the past. They will certainly get my repeat business the next time I fly.

The Van arrived just as I was coming out of the terminal. I was about an hour late on American from Dallas
The driver delivered me to my parking spot and took my bag down the stairs. I gave him a tip but do not know his name.
Check out was a breeze-- I should have been charged for another hour but was not.
I thank you for that. The service is excellent and the driver courteous.
I'll be flying again this Fall and will be parking at Parking Spot North.

I love using your convenient parking however I have noticed on my last few times parking there that Parking Spot 1 seems to have fewer shuttles or drivers and there is a much longer wait time for shuttles at the airport than the other three Parking Spot lots.
