Very convenient. Reserving through the app is super easy. Shuttles are always there or there’s no long wait for one.

Convenient and fast. Just drive up, park and get on shuttle. My go to for airline parking.

Pickup and drop off at your car. But you may need bigger buses. Or more of them. When we came home late Saturday afternoon there were lots of folks waiting. We use the South lot. The one time we tried the west lot, they did not have my AAA account info so there was a problem paying for the parking with the AAA discount. Are your two lots synced up yet!

Shuttle came right away after my flight arrived

Easy and convenient with no hassle

Great service as usual!!! We love The Parking Spot.

Easy to access and schedule parking on line. Like that the reservation can be put into my wallet. Like that the parking lot is fenced and gated so non parkers can't enter.

Nice drivers

Easy and safe!

The simplicity of making a reservation, using the app to enter/exit the self park area, and the friendly service of the shuttle staff. Always a great experience!

It was a quick process to get the spot, arrive and park, get transported to and from the airport, and then leave. Thank you!

Great drivers, very friendly and helpful!

Our drivers going to the airport and coming back from it were very polite and professional! They loaded our bags and made sure we got exactly where we needed to be.
They took the stress out of traveling!

I use The Parking Spot whenever I need to go out of town because it is a quick and simple option that allows me to leave my car behind without worries or having to inconvenience a friend to drop me off then pick me up.

Convenience and affordable

My guest experience was a great one. Pickup and drop off at your car, quick shuttle, friendly staff.

Everyone was great from the first person at the front to the drivers to the person who checked us out. She even walked out of the booth to take our trash out. We didnt ask her to. She offered. What a nice person. I wish I remembered her name. She was genuinely great.

I've always had an excellent experience with The Parking Spot North - Philla. Drivers are friendly, never a long wait.

Very convenient

Fast ride to airport and back

Always a smooth and quick process.

My car had to be towed from the lot upon returning. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with at 7pm on a Friday night. My family and I took an Uber home and then I returned to meet a tow truck.

I must say every staff member was extremely helpful in ensuring the tow truck could access the facility and pull my car from the lot. Vincent was my bus driver back and dropped us off at my car — he had no idea we had car issues until I returned an hour later with the tow truck.

He jumped out of his bus when he saw me and offered to help me and the tow truck driver. The older gentleman working the office was also very kind and quick to help with the gates. Your staff made a bad evening a little bit better and I really appreciated it!

Helpful drivers; covered parking; safe ; well run; drop off/ pick up well done; friendly drivers.clean vans.
Pricey esp on long stays but because of all the above worth it.
