I reserved a parking spot over a week in advance since we had a very early flight. It was extremely easy to get in and get out the next weekend. We were also fortunate that the shuttle was right there each time we needed it. We appreciated our car being under cover for the week we were gone. Definitely would use again.
We had a major issue with our billing, and were finally able to get it handled after my previous message made its way to their corporate office. The response I got from corporate was A+ and very understanding of my issue and worked promptly to fix it. Short version is their system needs an upgrade to keep some issues from happening. There are no long wait time for the shuttle bus during pickups and drop offs.
I like the covered parking, I like how quickly shuttles pick me up once I park and that I rarely wait longer than 15 minutes for my ride back to the car.

Convenient covered and protected place to park. What I do not like is your pickup service is delayed and your app DOES NOT WORK when it comes to finding your ride back to your car. I heard other travelers same the same thing that pickup upon returning is slow and not efficient!

Getting in using QR code was simple & was told where to go to park than the shuttle was already at our parking spot before we even got the luggage out. Was easy to find when arrived back at airport & enough shuttles so that we didn’t wait long as well. Highly recommend next time flying out of Bradley.
prompt service- van follows you to your parking space and picks you right up. Usually a van is at the gate when I arrive. Only fear is that the service is so popular that I won’t be able to find a parking spot when I arrive!
