Very smooth. Registered online. Was told where to self park. The front desk called for bus to go to our spot. Driver assisted with luggage and gave us location card. (Yes. I tipped him). Same service coming home!

Using the Parking Spot for years. Quick pickup to airport drivers polite, careful with luggage and I have never heard an upset customer. Pickup back to lot I don't expect the van to be right on the curb easy to call and notify. Good organization.
