The people are friendly, the pricing is great and it's just a pleasure to deal with. The only suggestion I would make would be that you should send a reminder text or something on the (coming back to get your car date) that tells you where to get the shuttle back to your car. I had to look that up on the app. b/c I had no idea what door I'd find it. Also, might be good to have them be in more than one spot- like I was at door 2 and the nearest door was door 10 so we were practically running to get there before the shuttle left. Maybe have them stop at 2, 7, 12 or something.
