I am normally satisfied with the service I get but lately is has not been as good as it usually is.
I travel weekly and lately it has been a long wait at the airport for pick up. Other lots have shuttles come and go but the fly has what seems like shuttle and a long wait between trips. The other thing is at the lot. Lately the drivers will drive all around the lot getting people until they are full. A few times this was 20 minutes riding around the lot. Kind of aggravating when you need to get there quickly. I understand they want as many in the bus as possible but there should be some considerations to how long that takes.
I am continuing to use this service but if it becomes the norm I may try someone else.

I'm furious with the Atlanta airport for cordoning you into an inconvenient pickup area, but I'm not falling for their monopolizing. I'll keep using you as long as I can. Keep fighting!
