As a single woman who travels alone, I appreciate being able to reserve a spot in your covered parking online. I like pulling into your lot as I am getting ready to fly. I really appreciate your shuttle drivers who load my suitcases into your shuttle and drive me to the airport. I feel safe and it is a very smooth process both when I fly out and when I return home. I like paying in advance so that I can quickly check out on my way home after a trip. I did take advantage of your water this time as I was returning from Colorado and was thirsty from the elevation. It is a great service, I wouldn't park anywhere else.

Drivers are very helpful

Everything went very smoothly (except I always go to the wrong entrance - but that's on me). Leaving the car took a few seconds & I was on the bus to the terminal. My flight was a couple of hours late on the way back but when I opened the app, it recognized me and told me where the bus was. The nice warm bus was waiting, which was great because it was bitterly cold.The driver was friendly & we chatted. When I got to the lot, my car was there, warmed up with the snow and ice scraped off and I drove off home.

Convenient and quick shuttle services

So easy to park and the shuttle is right there for you. I love the ease of picking up the shuttle on the way home as well, not waiting in a big line for the larger parking lot shuttles. The Spot drops you right at your car, the driver helps you with your bag, it's amazing! I will always park with The Spot, as long as they stay affordable.

The parking and shuttle services were on time and cost effective.

In a safe and controlled area. Drivers are usually prompt and helpful. Only issue is unable to combine discounts when sent along with my AAA discount. I travel.oftrn and would be nice to save more since the prices have risen. If they drop,.I should be able to modify my current reservation to that price without first cancelling and hope that discounted price is available.

I have always had wonderful service and I will continue to use your service as long as needed and I have told and will continue to share my experience with people when they ask.

Easy in and out

The process of picking parkers up is a well refined process that works efficiently. I have never waited for a bus as I am unloading my bags. The buss is usually waiting for me.
