Fast and efficient...never have a long wait. Drivers are friendly and engaging.

Easy to book. Auto is safe. Transports are often enough to be convenient. The South location is convenient to and from route 95. The drivers are courteous and helpful.

Efficient and prompt

The shuttles don't wait long after picking you up at your car to take you to the terminal. And from the terminal, we don't have to wait long for a shuttle to arrive to drive back to the parking lot. The drivers are polite and professional making every effort to find your car even when you think you know where you parked. There were a couple people on our shuttle that thought they parked in an aisle and the driver was smart to use the locator card written up for them to find the car.

I made a reservation with the option to pay the rate when I departed the lot, instead of paying ahead of time. I thought the rate $14.20 was set. But according to the cashier, she was asking if I had other discounts. I was billed exactly what I expected, so no problem for me in the end. It was confusing though. Overall, no problems.

Getting set up is very easy. What I liked recently was the ability to extend the time easily when my flight was delayed in Chicago - I'm in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. And for some reason the cost was not increased - like that very much!

Love parking here, drivers are helpful and quick to pick you up right at your car and closets lot to the airport. Price is reasonable and feel like my car is safe there while gone for the week.
