Guest Testimonials
Shuttle pick up and drop off at car, covered secure parking.
Easy to find. Great AAA discount. Very quick transport service in both directions. We will use it again on our next flight out.
I love how prompt the service is. You are typically in a rush when heading to the airport so that is important. I also love that you get picked up and dropped off right at your car, no walking to a shuttle station with all your luggage. The drivers are typically friendly/personable and help with loading and unloading your luggage on shuttle. We have used the parking spot multiple times and every experience has been great which is why we keep making reservations with them.
The drivers are very nice and it is convenient
Speed of transfer from parking lot to to airport. Typically, promptness of transfer from airport to parking lot.
Eased of parking and delivery to the airport. Timely pickup t the airport and delivery back to my car. Also like that it is more economical than on-site airport parking.
Great experience all around. Courteous shuttle drivers. Prompt pickup and delivery to and from the airport. Easy to use app. Great covered spots when you need them. Close to the airport.
Quick and professional
Service was great. The staff was polite and helpful.
Professional and courteous drivers, prompt pickups !!
Easy online sign up, prepay discounts, 24x7 access and exit, easy scan access and exit, covered parking, 24x7 shuttle service to airport and back. Shuttle drivers are very accommodating, helped me load mu heavy suitcase into van, very close to highwayvexit and entrance
Last time I was there, at 930 night time a parking spot shuttle driver graciously jumped off my car. He definitely provided extra effort. Greatly appreciated!
I would say - out of all the off campus LAX parking - the shuttle that has the most and reliable timing is the Parking Spot (even above Wally Park). Great parking, very reasonable and safe (based on my family of four). Thank you so much again!
Condition of the lot, the special rates and on time shuttles.
Drivers are always prompt, helpful, and friendly even in the early morning hours
Easy and fast
Great value
Easy and convenient!
From drop off to airport pickup everything was perfect. We especially liked having inside parking. Our go to place in Miami
Pick up near car.
So convenient to schedule, park, and come back to your car no matter what terminal you land at.
Good service
Clean, safe, and friendly staff. Have stayed several times and never had a poor stay
I really like the people I’ve worked with at the gate and the shuttle.
Easy to use, quick pick up service and free car wash!
Everything
The pickup and drop off have been much better the past couple of years. There have only been a couple of times that we have had to wait more than 10 minutes for either shuttle.
I had an issue with my reservation and payment upon leaving at the end of our trip. (It said that we parked in the wrong area and had to pay a balance of $104. This was incorrect because I parked where I was instructed in the covered parking area and I explained this to the attendant.) The attendant at the exit had it resolved in about 1 minute and we were headed home.
Thank you! See you next month!
Fast and friendly drivers and entrance attendants.
Easy to get to from any direction off I10 or the 60. Easy in and out using QR code and complementary water on the way out.
Very convenient
