Works good for me and my family
I appreciate being able to park, get the shuttle and get to the terminal in less time than parking in the B lot, at a much better price. Employees area always so nice and helpful!
The drivers are ALWAYS kind and helpful with luggage. As a 72 yr old going on mission trips often and usually with 2 suitcases, it is so helpful. And no matter what hour of the day, they are there. If they see you hurrying to get to the van before they leave, they wait.
The last two times, they were training new employees. The training was thorough and kind -- which shows why the end result it the same. Go Spot!!!
I forgot one bag at the Parking Spot upon returning home and they called me to let me know. Nice!

When I arrived, I was greeted and told where I could find an open spot. I drove down to that spot and Phil was already waiting there for me. He helped me get my luggage out of the car and into the shuttle. Upon my return, the shuttle was already at the door. Eli helped me get my luggage into the shuttle and promptly took me back to my car. The before and after of a long trip was made so easy thanks to your team. Thank you so much!!

Adrian has been remarkably helpful -- riding with me so I can exit my ramp-equipped van and then picking me up when I returned late at night. Problem has been that I left messages and called and whoever answered the phone did not understand the situation. You should not expect someone to know the exact wording you use when using a person's vehicle to ride with them to departure and then pick them up at the level where baggage is picked up. That happened to me and again Adrian was the one who understood the situation and where I was to pick me up!!
