Great stuff and great service

When our driver dropped us off at our car, our battery wouldn't start, my husband caught him and he said hold on just a second, and came back shortly with a battery charger and jumped us off. I was so thankful he took the time to make sure we were able to get the car started, he went above and beyond!

It's fast and gets me to and from the airport quickly. This is your best advantage. Easy checkin and check out with app. Would like larger parking spaces. Too tight for my SUV.

It was smooth and very friendly and helpful drivers.
The lady at check out was a little on the ride side. It was our first experience withThe Parking Spot so we didnt know exactly how any of it worked. When we pulled up to the exit We didnt realize or know where the barcode was to scan to open the exit. The lady was rather rude telling me it was in an email I received after I tried to ask how it worked and where I might find the barcode that was needed.
Other than that it was very smooth sailing and friendly staff.

Love the new parking lot. Wide spaces! Getting in and out with a reservation, is just super fast and accurate.

The shuttles run frequently so there is never any waiting. Most shuttle drivers are helpful, some not as much, but most help load and unload your bags which is so nice.

The cold water on the way out is so appreciated, especially when getting into a hot car!

I have always had wonderful bus drivers on both ends of my travel... they help with my luggage, make sure we get where we need to go and drop us back at our vehicle. I can't imagine flying out of IAH without parking at the Parking Spot.
