Conveniently located, short shuttle drive to and from airport, although the prices are climbing up to almost meeting airport level, especially for long term trips.

App is easy to navigate. Reservations are easy to make. Once you arrive you can park right away and a shuttle is behind your car before you even get the luggage out. Seamless operation at both on both ends of the trip. I have never had to wait long on a shuttle to pick me up at airport and bring me back to my car. All the shuttle drivers have been helpful and pleasant.

Drivers were wonderful and helped us on and off with a lot of luggage. Got into IAH really early morning and waited less than 5 minutes for a bus

After our delayed flight finally arrived in Houston at 1:55 am and retrieving our luggage at 2:20 am, we were uplifted to see the familiar black and yellow spotted Parking Spot 2 shuttle. Tired, we were even more appreciative when the driver took charge and quickly loaded our luggage, along with another couple's onto the shuttle. Stopping next to our vehicle, he quickly placed the luggage on the ground for easy loading. Grabbing a bottle of water as we exited, we were on our way home by 2:30am. Upon reflection, the late delayed travel that lasted into the next morning was tiring and stressful. The parking aspect of our trip so early in the morning could have easily been a source of additional stress and woe. On the contrary, the exceptional and efficient service picked us up a bit when we were tired and beat. Truly appreciative and while I don't look forward to travelling so late again, we'll definitely continue to be loyal to The Parking Spot 2 in Houston.
