When we got on the shuttle they didn't make us feel we couldn't be on if we didn't call in. We were in the middle of the conversation. Every employee was courteous and friendly. Only issue was when asking by e-mail if we could use the rest of our prepaid vouchers we were already gone by the time getting a response. thank you!

Both, upon arrival to and departure from the airport, the two drivers were exceptionally kind! The ease of booking and the attentiveness of the drivers kept me on time and worry free. The Parking Spot is so much easier than the garages because it's (car)door to (check-in)door service.
Having options when parking plus good locations
We had a great experience using Park ‘N Fly’s service. From drop-off to pick-up, everything was smooth, efficient, and well organized. The shuttle drivers were friendly and professional, and the transfers to and from the airport were quick and stress-free. It made traveling so much easier knowing our car was safe and that we were in good hands.
