The convenience, the staff was friendly.
The undercover parking is great, convenient and reasonable. I only have one minor complaint and that is the response time of the bus coming to pick us up at the terminal. We had to wait well over 15 minutes. There were so many customers waiting for pickup that at least two buses were needed and we barely made the first bus.
