The Parking Spot is by far the best offsite parking location for Orlando airport. As soon as I enter, there are people to get me to my spot and pick me up. When I return, I can see where the shuttles are on the app and a shuttle is usually there very quickly to pick me up (much faster than any of the other parking shuttle services). Everyone who works there is also super friendly and their parking location is the closest to the airport and highway access!

Excellent customer service! Everyone, from the gate security to the drivers, was extremely kind, respectful, enthusiastic to help in any way possible. The entire process was extremely easy, booking the reservation on the website - to parking day of - to catching shuttles to and from the airport - to leaving. The drivers went above and beyond with helping load luggage on and off the shuttles, and my particular driver even turned all the way around after making it to the airport to go back to my car because I had left something. While I felt horrible having him do this, he ensured me he didn’t mind and it was part of his job. He also was extremely personable and remembered me and my family upon our return and asked how our trip had been. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

I had a great experiencing usng theParking spot. I parked my car quickly and got transport van to pick my up near my parking space in a timely manner. I reutrned back late after 10pm so I use their app to schedule my pickup and the driver came in good time.Overall I would use this service again.
