Everything
This parking location was very convenient. Pay the extra $1.50/day or so for the valet services! The Parking Spot was very easy to book online and the shuttles run very frequently. There was never too long of a wait.
Super convenient.
The service is 5 Star! From check-in, shuttle and check out.
I like the door to car service. Also, I didn't have to wait for the shuttle once a got off the plane and picked up my bags. The shuttle was already there. No waiting. The driver picked me up from my vehicle parking space and dropped me off at that same location. The conversation with each driver was pleasant and welcoming. This will be my service whenever I fly from BWI Marshall.
Book early and it's under cover.

Wait time for the bus was reasonable and the driver took me right to my car. He also waited for me when I parked which I really appreciated.
The parking garage is conveniently located next to the airport. Also, there are always plenty of spaces. I rarely have issues with getting picked up in a timely manner by the shuttles.
