This was my first time using an off site parking area. I was a little nervous (I am 65 and was traveling alone). The Parking Spot was absolutely amazing, very organized and really very nice. The driver immediately pulled up to my car and loaded my suitcase in the bus (WOW). We then were taken to the airport (front door) and the driver unloaded my suitcase (he was so friendly). I will definitely use your service again because I live in Columbia SC but typically fly out of Charlotte. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS BUSINESS
