It’s easy to navigate payment online. I like the quick entry and exit to the lot. It’s helpful to have the shuttle and I like that it runs frequently.
The people make the difference! The guy that works the night shift is fantastic. The guy that picked me up at 10:30ish made sure I got my car jumped as the battery was dead on arrival. The guy who jumped me had to it twice. Why would I park any place else?

Membership is hood. Always get a space. (I always reserve ahead). Shuttle if frequent, friendly and fast. Need clarity on building and using point system to decrease expense.
