Prompt service and professional!
Love the drivers and staff, the convenient location, and the service where there's minimal wait for pick-up and drop off. This is my go-to parking spot whenever I travel and need off-airport parking!

Super easy
Quick & easy to use!
It was precise, fast and efficient. Very good!!!
Buses run frequently and drone off right in front of my car!
Convenient location, friendly/helpful staff. Usually pick-up is quick, both to terminal and from terminal back to lot
Convenient location to airport, staff is friendly and professional. They are also driving through so you don’t have to wait a long time for them to pick you up.
Excellent service! I've used the shuttle twice over the past few months. Fast pickup even during the early morning hours.
Very convenient and efficient.
Friendly employees, clean and working climate controlled shuttles, timely pick-ups from both lot & terminals
Reliable and convenient
Everything was perfect!! thanks a lot for the experience, I did travel with my family, since we arrive to the parking to the time we leave everything was ok.
It's actually ridiculous how much better quality of service you guys provide vs. your competition. Primarily I am referencing the Airport's own lots. The actual regular availability of shuttles, the in/out process, your staff being helpful and polite, the facilities, etc.
All of it is great.
I always have a positive experience with The Parking Spot. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle service is prompt and convenient. Making a reservation is easy, and both drop-off and pickup are handled efficiently. I also appreciate knowing that my vehicle is parked in a safe, well-managed location while I’m away. The Parking Spot makes airport travel much less stressful, and I would gladly recommend it to others.
Great customer service and super easy drop off and car pick up. Keep up the great work!
Convenient and price is good.
The drivers are really good.
The people working at The Parking Spot are always the most awesome professionals! My car is very safe while I am on vacation and I have a ride to and from the airport. Thank You The Parking Spot! I will use you once again. We only use The Parking Spot!!
Quick pick up at the terminal, very friendly drivers, the app is super easy to use.
Convenient, efficient, no waiting to or from airport & staff always helpful & courteous.
Easy to reserve. easy to park. well coordinated.
Clean. Reasonably fast. Drivers are pleasant. I really like the bottled water available at the exit - especially in the summer after a long flight.
