Covered areas, friendly staff, 10 mins from airport.

The drivers are so friendly, courteous, and always smiling when we meet them. The shuttles have always arrived within minutes of our arrival in the lot or at the pick-up spot at the airport. The gate people have also been wonderful and a friendly greeting upon arrival. Top notch!! We have already shared with family as to the service provided by The Parking Spot,

The wait for a shuttle bus, either going to the airport, or returning from the airport, is never very long. Sometimes, the shuttle bus is already at the terminal stop as I approach the pick-up location. I also love the fact that I can view where the shuttle buses are currently located at the airport on Parking Spot's App in live mode, and am able to watch the bus move to my pick-up location.

The Parking Spot van pickups you at your car. This was very helpful for us. The wait for the van was literally a few minutes. It was the same when we were picked up at Sky Harbor. We were dropped off at our car with our luggage (the van driver loaded into the car).
Competing parking lots required you walk to their office with your luggage to congregate with other customers to wait for the van.
