Easy in and out with prepay and the app. Got there at 4am was directed to the parking spot and a driver picked us up immediately and we were off to the airport. The app. tracked us to the pickup spot, and I could see where the pickup van was on the map. Very impressed with the service and the operation. They do a great job, and I will not only use them again, but I will tell everyone how nice and easy it was to use their service. Thanks again.

Many shuttles and places to park
After scanning my reservation, I was instructed to go to either A or B- I went to A, B, C, D, E, and finally found a parking space on F. I don't want to make a reservation knowing that I may not have a parking spot. Do you know what happened?

The pick up from the parking lot to airport took more than 20 minutes which is too long. The return from airport to parking lot is very smooth.
