The friendliness . The honest group of employees . They returned my wife’s iPad which she left on the shuttle before we left on vacation . When we got back they had it . We identified it and they happily returned it it .
Being shuttled to and from the airport is the best. Actually had no wait time at all. No sooner parked and the shuttle was waiting for me to get out of my vehicle. Step outside from baggage claim area and the shuttle had just pulled up. The driver actually loaded and unloaded my suitcase to and from the shuttle.
The app made entry and exit a breeze.

Fast and easy
I have been using this place for years. I’ve become friendly with a few of the drivers and I travel about 4 to 5 times internationally a month. I use the app. I earn a lot of points and I use them as fast as I get or sometimes I forget that I have the point and then I hate using them for an entire week of parking. It’s perfectly convenient. It’s so much easier than parking at the airport and trying to get your car just step out at any of the one of I don’t know dozens of gates in the departure area and I always like to step out and then make my phone call because then I can look for the van which is often times within my site when I get out there and wave it down even before the phone calls made, but make the phone call and give them your number in advance and that’s the other thing as soon as you get your ticket when you park take a photo of it that I lost. Don’t forget to tip the driver
I don't like the situation where we are the first ones to be picked up by the shuttle and then we are the last ones to be dropped off.
