I wish I would have gotten her name but there is an employee (sweet lady) at the exit the last 2 times we left the lot. She is awesome! Always helpful and so kind. She really is a pleasure to see as we head home. We also have had some great and helpful lately. You have some wonderful employees! We will continue to use the Parking Spot at JFK.

It was relatively easy to book initial reservation. Shuttles come around pretty quickly. Only thing stopping me from giving a 10 is that depending on driver some will help with bags while others do minimal.

How close to the airport the parking lot was.

The whole process is very easy from booking online, parking, taking the shuttle to and from and exiting the lot.

You never have to wait very long for a shuttle, they are very prompt.
