I love that they picked us up at our car and got us to airline on time. Everyone is so kind and helpful too. When we came back I had lost our parking tickets that had the row a space on it. I knew the row and he drove around helping us to find it and even loaded our luggage into our car. This was a mom and me trip with my 88 yr old mom and we were tired from our trip so that was just the kind of help we needed.

Shuttle buses truly are available 24 hours a day, accommodating all flights coming into Orlando. Drivers are courteous and helpful loading and unloading luggage, always with a smile. They navigate the traffic well, and they don't overload vehicles! The parking area itself is well maintained and always clean.
Indoor parking, easy entry and exit, great shuttle service, and now tipping with Venmo etc.
Driver was waiting for us as we pulled in, very nice! When getting back off plane didn't have to wait long at all to hitch a ride back.
