The Parking Spot is a wonderful service. The employees are always friendly and helpful!!

I like that the shuttle brings me directly to my car and I doing have to search for it. This is very helpful if I’ve been away longer than a week. I also like the helpful shuttle drivers as I’m handicapped and it’s difficult to manage my luggage, my purse, etc. I also like not waiting for a long time until the shuttle arrives bc it’s usually a short few minutes.

It’s very convenient for me

Buses pick me up within minutes or seconds of me being ready - either at my car outbound or outside baggage claim on the return. This is a vast improvement from even a year ago.

Timely pickup. When the shuttle was full, another one was deployed. Quickly. I will say that the signage for pickup at Hobby is VERY confusing. When I returned, it was very difficult to determine where to go. Signage had confusing / conflcting terminology.

Parking was easy. Staff was responsive and helpful. Pre-paid price was reasonable. Shuttle was timely.
