I appreciate the easy in/out process with the QR code for my reservation, the person at the gate that gives me exact directions on how to get to my reserved space, and the person at the exit who was POSITIVE, FRIENDLY and quick to react. I love the bottled water upon exiting - it is always needed and appreciated!
I think the coupons/promotions should automatically be applied - sometimes the end user experience doesn't flow - I apply a coupon and then never see it - it asks me for the promo/coupon upon exit (NO ONE wants to do that or search at exit - you just want to go home).

This parking opportunity works extremely well. The systems established seem well coordinated and are efficient getting to the airport. When returning, the efficiency can be slowed depending on number of passengers requiring transportation. You could find yourself waiting a little longer than planned. However, safety is a priority, the drivers are friendly and I appreciate the cost savings.
