Shuttle drivers were 5-star PLUS! Excellent service. Upon return to my car from an international trip, my car battery was dead. It was raining heavily. The driver waited until another shuttle driver showed up and was able to give me a jump start and get me on my way. Would definitely park there again. The lady at the booth checking in on 7/27 around 3pm-ish, and then checking out on 8/6 around 7:30p-ish, seemed bothered and irritated both times even before any problem occurred. Seemed to have a bad attitude from the start. Customer service skills left a lot to be desired.

Every time we've used the Parking Spot East, we've had a good experience. The shuttles come around regularly, it's more cost-effective than garages closer to the airport, and the drive to the airport is less than ten minutes. It's easy to use the QR code to get into and out of the lot/garage.

I booked extra wide parking in advance. It was easy and quick. After parking, a bus came within a few minutes and we were off to terminal C. The only bad thing was the fact the busses have no shocks and the ride will jar the filings from your teeth.
