We were running late to the airport by an hour or more due to traffic from road construction that didn't appear in Google maps. We told our driver this and he radioed in saying that we were late and he was just going to run us right over to the airport, but he also let you know where others were going to be waiting.

The app is very easy to use. Parking under cover is wonderful and I love the car side pick-up and drop off. The small shuttle buses make loading and unloading so much easier as well. Plus, the pick-ups at the airport are very consistent. So even if there are a lot of people in line, it's pretty quick. My only complaint would be that there should be a clearer pick-up point or a formal line for Parking Spot customers.

Quick shuttle service and effective customer support, having water bottle available is awesome.

The check in and airport shuttle service was very smooth. The pick up from airport was even smoother (if possible). The covered slots were very nice and every employee was polite and pleasant. I have already booked my next "stay".

Ease of parking, shuttle coming to car to pick you up was nice (accidentally walked to front as it was my first time), drop off at car, and ease of QR code for exit. Also appreciated the cover over all the cars, as it was not overly hot in my car when I got in.

We didn't have to search for a parking spot close to the shuttle stop. The shuttle watches for cars coming in and picks up passengers right at the vehicle. Then to make return just as good, we were dropped off right at our vehicle.
Both drivers when we parked and when we left were incredible. Helpful and friendly. I enjoyed this service for the first time and will use it again.
