Good deal for parking off airport
I arrived early. That was no problem for the Parking Spot. They looked at my Apple Wallet pic, and the lady shouted: "She's covered!" I felt cared for. She told me which numbered area I should park in, and I had my choice of any empty spot there. I chose one, pulled in, and got my luggage out. I didn't have to wait long at all before the yellow bus stopped at my car. The driver loaded my luggage for me and helped me up the step. They delivered me to my airline's check-in area and unloaded my luggage. When I arrived after my trip, the driver again loaded and unloaded my luggage both when I got on and when he dropped me off. He even loaded my luggage into my car!
The charge was less than I'd have paid at the airport, less than the cost of a hotel to sleep and fly, and the service was OUTSTANDING and easy. I'll be using this service regularly!

You are the best run, most professional of all the parking services at Bradley. When coming home I rarely wait longer than a few minutes for a shuttle. Very important! Checkin is usually quick although last trip not so much - but an exception. Drivers are always helpful and professional. I use the app and my car is always waiting for me and paid. Love this! Overall, you folks know what you’re doing!
Easy to make reservations on-line. I was saved the parking location I desired. Pick up and return when smoothly with excellent drivers who helped with baggage. AND, the cost was reasonable for three plus weeks.
