Convenient pick up and drop off
Our driver was so nice & helpful. We love using Park & Fly.
Great customer service.
Very quick and convenient.
Shuttle driver “Jimmy” is great. I had his shuttle on October 7 on my return trip to Atlanta. I have had him several times. Previous driver had written wrong row on my Parking ticket and he helped find my car. I really appreciated him finding my car and walking me to the car and lifting my suitcase into car. All the drivers are nice and I appreciate their hard work.
Location and friendly, helpful drivers
Convenient covered parking. I like being picked up/dropped off at my vehicle. Friendly and helpful shuttle drivers.
The app is pretty easy to use, once it defaults to your preferred location. The drivers are always helpful and kind. And, the shuttles arrive more frequently at the airport been in the past, so that is an improvement.
Safe parking lots, great prices, easy access for everything from reservations, well informed app and speedy transport to and from airport.
The shuttle drivers were extremely nice and helpful as well as the dispatcher letting us know where to pick up the shuttle when we arrived back at EWR. I would park with them again!
