Very reasonable and the shuttle comes quick

Easy to find location, reasonable pricing, prompt shuttle pick up to airport, and pick up shuttle was waiting and warm to take me to vehicle late in the evening upon return. My shuttle driver "Fred G." was friendly, professional, helped with my luggage, and all around nice guy! I will definitely use this service next time I fly out of CMH.

Shuttle was waiting to pick us up BEFORE we got out of the door. Driver took luggage directly from trunk of car and into the bus. Your drivers are always pleasant at and very helpful. Wait for shuttles are never too long.

Parking Spot is our 'go to' parking company whenever and wherever it is available!!

Our driver on the way to the airport was extremely helpful as we needed assistance for my 93 year old dad. With all of the construction taking place at DFW and she saw we were checking bags so she told us about the terminal change if you have luggage. This was fantastic as we did not know and would have gotten off at the wrong terminal.
Also, our return driver was Great as well both by being helpful and having a Great Attitude!

It's very convenient.

I love how easy it is to get in and out. And it always seems like the second I grab my bags, there’s a van there waiting to pick me up. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than five minutes to be picked up. The drivers are also awesome! These last two I had were fantastic! So nice and helpful. Some drivers are crazy and you feel like the van is going to roll, but these two drivers calm and collected getting us places safely. One even had a little Bluetooth speaker playing all different types of Christmas music, which was a great touch to a stressful time of year. I don’t know if that’s allowed, but it definitely should be!

It was my first time using The Parking Spot and I was Very happy with the service from the personel at the entry to the driver everyone was polite and helpful. I'm from Niagara Falls Canada and I was very impressed, I would certainly use the service again and reccomend to friends and family.

Fast pickup both ways on departure and arrival. Nice large parking spots, well lit and fenced property. Drivers very helpful. Definitely an upgrade from the airport shuttle parking
