Friendly employees, greet us when we arrive at the site and little waiting for shuttles to and from the airport.

The one thing we do not like is having to pay a reservation/service fee.

We were totally impressed by the night shift that dug out our car from the ice/snow storm. They went way beyond their job title to help break up ice and shovel so our car could move. The main gate attendant carefully removed a huge sheet of ice/snow from our windshield and stayed with us until our car was able to back out. Please give these guys a bonus.
The app works beautifully and we were able to track the vehicle and we were picked up quickly at 10 pm. Great job.

The ride to airport was immediate and the driver gave us instructions on where to pick up the shuttle for our return.

We needed some assistance on exiting as we had prepaid but did not park in the right area so we were not able to exit from the general exit. The attendant immediately adjusted our payment and we were on our way.

Great service! We came home at 11 pm from Aruba to several feet of snow and a dead battery. One of your drivers jumped us and we were out of there in no time ! I just wish the waiting area at the airport was covered, but I know that’s an airport issue!
