I have been using Parking Spot for a while now and its wonderful! The app makes it easy to schedule, pay, adjust, check-in and checkout. The Shuttle is prompt, clean and the drivers are nice and helpful. The people who work in the lot have been very helpful when I got back to my car from a trip a couple years ago and the battery was dead - they came over and gave my car a jump, I didnt have to wait at all either. Highly recommend!!!
