Friendly and quick service
Easy, attentive staff. Feels safe
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It was easy to navigate to/from my spot. The shuttle picup both in the lot & at the airport was timely, and a quick and comfortable ride. I felt the lot was very secure.
Car to airport and back service. Some drivers help, others not as much, with handling suitcases.
But, usually pretty good.
Great service
Good Staff ! And we appreciate the cold water !
We use TPS every time we travel. It is convenient and everyone is always friendly.
The location was part and the shuttle was the best part. Thank you
Prompt and friendly service!
the Parking spot is convenient and reasonable priced. The shuttle drivers are helpful with luggage and get you to the terminal very quickly.
Great service and Price!
Like the new covered parking and also was given 2 waters when we left, which was nice.
The Parking Spot was very easy to find and parking was so easy. We were upgraded to covered parking and the shuttle was there to pick us up in 1 minute. We travel to AZ often and always park in The Parking Spot at BWI. The service is always great and you can't beat the price.
I love the app, the convenience, the shuttle. I've been using the app for several years, and it makes my travel less hectic.
Friendly staff, no wait, convenient, and reasonably prices.
Quick shuttles available with little waiting
Wonderful service!
Excellent. Had a Cancun trip with 24 people. First, time for some of the friends however, it was excellent and simple transfer from parking to terminal. Everyone was happy with the simplicity.
It is easily accessible from 1-285. . It is very reasonably priced. The buses and drivers are great ! What more would I need .
Prompt delivery to and pickup from the airport. Courteous staff. Good location.
A neighbor turn me on to this airport option, and I’m so glad she did. It’s convenient snd alot cheaper than the airport on site parking, and feels safer. Love the quick drop off and pick up at both the lot and at the airport no matter what the time you depart or arrive. Plus during the summertime it’s nice to be in covered parking.
Love that the buses run regularly so that time to the airport is quick. Love that drivers help load/unload luggage from the car; this is very helpful for those of us with limited mobility.
