They pick you up at your car
Customer service, friendly staff and convenience to the airport.
Covered parking. Driver picks you up at your car and takes you to the airport; and when you return you are picked up at the airport and delivered back to your car at the parking lot.
When i got back to my car the battery was dead. I called the office and the receptionist was very empathetic and a driver showed up immediately to jump the battery. It took three different jumper cables. He did not give up. Very efficient.
