Excellent service, I enter facility, I scan my passcode from my phone at the gate. I pick a parking spot, van pulls up immediately, I get into the van, the van takes me to the airport.
When leaving the airport to go to my vehicle, I waited maybe two minutes, the van picks me up and drops me off at my vehicle, and then I leave. It was as easy as 1-2-3!
Pick up is right on time so you are not waiting. This is very important if you have a tight window for catching your flight
You all make it easy to pull in, get checked in and on my way no matter what time I arrive.
This was a great location with fast and timely shuttle service for the airport. The drivers were polite and kind and the gate staff were helpful. I would recommend again.

It was a very nice experience overall. The only issue was that the van that picked us up to take us to the airport was very warm because the AC wasn't working. The van that brought us back was wonderful and cold.

Drivers were great
I was so confused after not traveling for a couple years how much everything changed. Both the manager on duty and another employee took extreme care for me! My QR code didn’t come through because my account wasn’t visible so the manager went through the process of getting a new account set up and everything was updated. They even gave me a special place to park. The experience could not have gone better!!!!
I like the way you are picked up at your car by the shuttle and brought right back to the same spot.

Since I have moved to Houston, TX I travel back to Cali a lot so I always park at this location. They have availability even if I have last minute travel. The shuttles run every 5 five minutes, however they arrive the minute I park. When I return back to the airport I don't wait long for pick up at all. I love there service.
Convenience & reliability
Easy to make a reservation, love that I earn points for a free day, staff is always friendly and helpful and drivers are great with pick ups and delivering us with good driving skills. The nice cold bottle of water at exiting the facility is also a grateful feature.
