picked up quickly after we parked ON DEPARTURE and van present immediately after arrival back at BWI and delivered immediately to our car and due to snow the van driver came back immediately with a shovel to shovel us out and when she got called to return to the airport she called a co-worker to shovel us out who did so quickly and very efficiently-so much appreciated
Ease of getting to the airport. I traveled during a snow storm and because I chose to do the valet parking, my car was cleared off for me when I got off the shuttle bus. That was a huge relief and very much appreciated.
This is the first time I used Parking Spot 2. I loved the easy of making a reservation as well as check-in and check out. Because it was my first time I had questions and both of the attendants were nice and helpful and answered my questions with a smile. The drive was nice and I appreciated that he was quick to help me with my bag. Regarding the shuttle it was clean and my wait time at the lot was fantastic. My wait at the airport for the shuttle was minimal. Tge only critical feedback i have is the spots could be a bit larger. However overall my experience actually exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using The Parking Spot 2 in the future. Thank you!
Timely, courteous, convenient
I recently used The Parking Spot in Newark, NJ for the 1st time at the end of January. I was nervous, unsure what to expect in regards to service, safety & transportation. Needless to say TPS exceeded ALL of my expectations! I can not recommend this facility enough!! The drivers were waiting when we arrived, we're courteous, helpful & quick and the shuttle arrived quickly when we arrived home. We were dropped off right at our car and helped w/ our luggage. Ty all!!

Very convenient location, and no hassle when return flights are delayed. Instead of having to ask your friends to change plans to pick you up at the airport in the wee hours in bad weather, you can simply go on the Parking Spot app and extend your reservation, then Parking Spot will pick you up whenever your flight finally does arrive and drive you to your car.
