Staff was friendly and professional. I wish I remember my driver on the shuttle back to the lot. It was Sunday after 6 o’clock. Really super cold dude and very personable.

Very easy to make online reservation. We park and the bus is there to take us to the airport. Quick trip to airport. When we get back from our trip, the bus is there to take us to our car again. BUs driver helps us with our luggage. Very good service. We Use every time we fly from Charlotte.

Shuttle is always there on both ends. Employess are exceptional. I use employee rate and they are the only shuttle that offers it. The carwash needs work.
