Even at 3:30am service is still excellent. This is my second time parking with Parking Spot and I will continue to park here because you guys are great. Staff is kind. The parking card provided to me helps me not have to worry about trying to find my car after being away for several days. I’m picked up and dropped off at my car. Makes traveling less stressful knowing I don’t have to worry about parking.

Everyone of the staff we interacted with upon arriving and leaving through the gate was helpful as it was the first time we’ve used your facility. The drivers were excellent and helpful. The driver when we returned went the extra mile for us by assisting us with luggage and explaining the car wash for us. The free car wash was a great surprise and much appreciated!
