Location is easy to get in and out and back on the freeway. Facility is clean. Transport to the airport is prompt and never a long wait to be picked up at the airport and taken back to your car.

The Parking Spot West was VERY easy to locate and navigate! Shuttle driver was at our car before we even set a foot on the ground and had us to the airport super speedy! VERY friendly and helpful. Lavonne was very organized and made my first time using a parking spot easy to understand and less nerve racking! :)

I like the convenient location. Ease of checking in and out on the phone. Drop off and pick up are usually punctual.
I enjoy making my reservation online without any sort of time limit. In other words, months in advance. The staff is always so cheerful when checking in and the wait time for a shuttle is minimal. The drivers are very helpful with luggage both arriving and departing. And I like the water upon check-out.

Love how easy and streamlined it is- love the app and that I can pay ahead of time- love the water bottles on the way out - love the shuttle system. Wouldn't do it any other way!
